Healthy and Unhealthy Foods

There are many unhealthy foods that we all eat but we also all know that eating too many calories makes you fat an example is eating 1 Big Mac meal which has 2000 calories more than half of what a adult needs a day which is 3000 calories. People should take notice of what they are eating and the amounts of it because you might end up with a blocked artery, you should eat less amounts of cholestrol and animals fats to stop that. Healthy foods should include lower calories and high vitamins and minerals, they should also have low saturated fats and high fiber.
